Install the client on every computer or server in your office, and never worry about a lost file again.

Seamless Encryption
Your data is encrypted automatically by the client using a password of your choosing, your files cannot be opened or accessed without it.

No Bandwidth Throttling
Your connections to our servers will never be throttled, and we provide a speed test to give you an approximate idea of the speeds you will get from our servers.

Access Files 24/7 - 365
Work often doesn't keep a schedule, whether it's 5 AM or a national holiday, your files will be available.

Compressed Transfers
The client automatically compresses your files as they are uploaded, saving you time and space. When you need to restore them, they're decompressed in the same way.

Incremental Backups
Our software will backup only what has changed, to minimize the size and time needed to transfer your data to our servers.

Byte-Level Difference
If you make a small change to a large file that gets backed up, the client simply examines the differences between your newer file, and the older one on our servers, and uploads just the changes that have been made rather than a brand new copy, saving you time.

Customized Retention Policies
Need to hold on to all the versions of a particular file? Keep up to 365 seperate revisions of a single file (Advanced version only).

Advanced Backup Scheduling
You have control over multiple schedules for each item are backing up.

Redundant Backup Servers
Your data is kept in at least two separate datacenters in separate locations within the US, providing maximum protection against data loss due to natural disaster.

Tampa, Florida Facility

Click to Enlarge Our Servers are located in Tampa, Florida. A carrier-grade facility that keeps our equipment and data secure in case of disaster. The data center sits on the 7th and 16th floors, to provide protection against floods. The floor is hurricane proofed with no windows to provide protection against wind damage.

Several state-of-the-art surveillance cameras and monitoring equipment is monitored 24/7/365 by on-site technicians to ensure the highest level of uptime.

In the unlikely event that both power grids were to fail, the redundant architecture will switch to UPS systems and an on-site diesel power generator that can run the facility indefinately without the need for the power grid. The diesel generators are located on the 7th floor and off of ground level to again protect against flooding.

The facility contains a fire suppression system that utilized the most advanced Ansul Inergen gas system available.
